Course Overview

This course leads on from the Approved Engine Course Part 1, providing practical hands on training and theoretical learning across a range of auxiliary systems aboard Small Vessels within the yacht, workboat, and fishing industries.

• Minimum age 18 years old
• Must have completed MCA approved AEC Part 1

Examination Type

There is a short multiple-choice exam at the end of the course.  An MCA approved certificate in Approved Engine Course Part 2 will be issued upon successful completion of the course.
